Information we process
Depending on how you use StreamGate, we may process mailbox addresses, access-key state, subscription metadata, support requests, relay event metadata and update/version metadata.
- Mailbox addresses are used for registration, recovery, renewal, support and service communication.
- Access-key state may include issuance, expiry, block or revocation status and related subscription metadata.
- Operational state may include node identifiers, route definitions, sessions, version information and service event history.
Why we process it
We process data to operate the relay, secure the product, support users, manage billing and provide the service features you explicitly use.
- To authenticate and validate access.
- To deliver emails related to registration, support, renewal and account recovery.
- To run the relay, diagnose issues, manage versions and enforce operational controls.
Retention and requests
We retain data for service continuity, support, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Where appropriate, customer-specific deletion requests can be handled through support.
- Blocked or revoked accounts may remain recorded for abuse prevention or operational history.
- Deleted accounts may be removed from active service state when such deletion is explicitly triggered by an operator workflow.
- For privacy questions or requests, contact support through the public support or contacts pages.
